ok weekend went ok....I was a bit down last night and ALMOST gave in. Fortunately there really wasn't much off my plan food in the house and I didn't feel like overeating what was on my plan, so just did a tablespoon of Almond butter and left it at that!
Today was a so so day. New scale seems to work ok so I tossed the old one (even though it weighted lighter, but was not accurate.
Sung happy birthday to my brother with some family and resisted the ice cream cake and home made cheese cake, WOW that was a bigger for me. BUT I know if I had even just a taste it would cause me to go off my plan for the rest of the night and it is just not worth it, at least NOT TODAY
