I found a new product to add to my diet: PB2 and chocolate PB2!

From https://www.eatthis.com/pb2/ you can read what they think of it, and I agree. Soooo much less fat than real peanut butter. Great in foods. Not as great if eating by itself. Give PB2 a chance.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
