Great breakfast this morning of eggs with spinach and gouda plus toast. Went to work out and had some health issues but still stayed on the treadmill for a half an hour! This challenge is definitely helping motivate me! Thanks!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
