Im happy that its still going down but I really wanted a little more off! This last week I worked extremely hard at cutting unnecessary calories. I will shoot for a higher # next week. Still under 200 ! Yayy me!
198.8 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
