My hands are swollen so I know its water weight, but I still hate to see the increase. Something has to change.
224.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i feel ya.. i ran out of my water pills and went up 6 pounds. got them sunday and I went back down but the scale goung up freaks me out horribly!! water or not!
