It took me awhile to weigh in this week because I wanted to wait until I lost all the extra water weight. I had jumped almost 3 pounds in 2 days which according to the scale looked like it was mostly from retaining water so I wanted to wait a little longer to be sure. At this point my weight loss is pretty slow going but I'm just happy that its still going down.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
