just noted that your bone density is much higher than mine at only 2.1. Quite a difference. I wonder what it all means?😕

It’s means ... I have thicker stronger bones Poss reseaons could be ..... Hieght Weight Male And possibly that I do weight bearing excercses to increase bone dens (to imp/avoid osteoporosis in older age) If you lift/push/pull heavy weight you will increase, hill walking is a good start (body weight) ..... BLIMEY! Where did all that come from, I must have remembered something from my course :)

Thanks for info Pauly. I do Hill walking regularly with my dogs and of course I live in Wales 😂 I will introduce some weight lifting to see if there is any improvement over the next few months as I need to get physically stronger ( can't get tops of most jars😂) and I've noticed that in my four months of serious dieting my bone density hasn't changed... see what the next few months bring 👍
