225 feels like a milestone, even though it's just another number. For me, above that number is "fat guy" and below it is just "dad bod." Now on to the rest of the milestones until I finally reach 160.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
