I am just not concentrating on this at the moment. I haven't come up for air recently, just so busy with new house things. I don't feel settled yet; it's hard to focus on food when everything else is whizzing through my head. But I haven't been eating junk really, and I've been running around all day too, so it's not been all takeaways and TV days. I made lots of soup for work lunches today so I'm a bit more set up for this week. Must try harder!!!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
