My body is starting to lose weight again. I had 2 days where I splurged on pizza and had 4 pieces one night and three the next. I worked out hard to burn off the calories; however, it was very nice to have the sensation of being "full" again. I ran about 5 miles 2 days ago and it was unbelievable how easy it was! I wasn't breathing very hard at all! My right calf is very sore right now, so I don't know if I am running unevenly and pushing off harder on my right foot. Yesterday I swam about 3/4 of a mile so that was some good calorie burn. I work the expo all day today so I wont have much time to work out today or tomorrow; however, being on my feet all day will burn enough calories I think.
