Can I really be hitting a plateau when I'm only down ten pounds so far?! I've still got 40 pounds to go. I cannot let this put a stop to my motivation. I'll just have to work out a little harder today, keep drinking lots of water, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

On the plus side, I am seeing some of the changes in my body. My measurements haven't really moved this week, but I'm seeing less jiggle. I'm hoping that the reason for the standstill on the scale is that I'm building muscle from my circuit training, and my body is retaining water to support that growth. I hope.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
