I don't get this. I have been eating quite healthy this week. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Occasionally my fat grams have been a little higher than i'd like, but come on! A 4lb gain in a week? I need to get up and move, I know that but have been so unmotivated. I need some help!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just a guess, but check the sodium content of your food choices. Are you drinking lots of water? If not, you need to, and even more so if your sodium is high. And yes, you gotta move it around. I know how it feels to not want to get moving. My advice? Just START. The motivation will come later...at least, it has for me...and hundreds of others of our fatsecret friends. Check it out, and take inspiration from their success stories...you can do this, too! Good luck :)
