There's been some cheating in my diet which hasn't helped and I went up to a couple of pounds and had it to take it off again. Having a nasty Lupus flare up and it's been too hot and I'm too exhausted to get much exercise done, too. I also must avoid any grains (other than rice and perhaps corn meal) or it throws me completely off my diet and health! It's like every bit of flour adds weight! It's my kryptonite (along with sugar) I'm just not a carb person.
