Going through a Lupus Flare, but I'm still trying to do my P/T exercises. Was told by P/T Therapist that for every pound you lose you are easing up 4lbs of pressure on joints and spine and that doing all the exercises is good but often the pain won't go away until you lose excess weight. I am just under 5'5" so it's still a long way to go to ease up what I'm carrying on my back.

Gave up the cigs that I'd started up again from being way stressed out 3 months ago.

We so often say, "I'd do anything to lose weight" when all it requires is to exercise and eat correctly, but we don't want to do that, we want a pill or a magic wand. I know this has been true for me at times.

169.1 lb Lost so far: 80.9 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Boothacus's own diet   losing 4.3 lb a week
