With everything that has gone on this week I have still managed to stick to my diet. Several days have been way under on calories. My exercise routine has not faired so well though. I will have to catch up with it starting tomorrow.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
