still 82.1Kgs, 18.2% Fat.

Was on Holiday for 3 days, so the week kinda evened out.

Had too much to drink and too much to eat.

Target for next Weigh-in: At least go down to 81Kgs.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
