BMI: 29.9!
No longer obese!!!! I still have a long way to go to hit my long-term goals, but I am getting very close to my first goal of 165.
I am staying focused on counting every calorie that goes into my body and trying to keep it under 1200. Even if I got over by a bit, my workouts are keeping things in check. I have been able to increase the length of my cardio workouts, and this week I did three circuits in a row with my weight training. I am definitely seeing the results of including exercise in my weight loss program, which I have often tried to go without. My shorts aren't as tight in the thighs as they used to be, and my belt keeps needing to get tighter. I haven't gone down in clothes sizes quite yet, but I know that is coming soon if I stick with my routine. Feeling great today!
