Missed the deadline to enter the challenge, but I am also going to try and not eat after 8pm this month--with the exception of maybe a glass of wine ;) Working on getting 5 miles in this week. My neighbor Krista is gone for most of the month, so that should help me lose a lot of weight because she won't be coming over here with her yummy homeade bread, past sauce, gourmet cheeses, etc.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
