Ran 6 miles this week :) Also---found and joined a challenge to not eat after 8:30pm for a month, yay! I am such a midnight snacker that if I can stick with it, I might lose all my weight this month, ha, ha
156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week
