Back again after falling off the wagon! Gotta love January :) Hopefully this will be the year I get it off and keep it off (at least I kept 10 lbs. off from last year).

Ran 10 miles, lost 2 pounds. I'm more than half way there, but this time around it is so much hard work and seems like it is taking FOREVER to get to my goal weight. I think the bigger challenge for me will be to keep it off for good this time. I don't want to go through this again!

Ran 8 miles this week, woo-hoo! The running must have paid off because I blew it last weekend and went way over my weight watchers points, but I still lost 2 pounds :)

Ran 6 miles this week :) Also---found and joined a challenge to not eat after 8:30pm for a month, yay! I am such a midnight snacker that if I can stick with it, I might lose all my weight this month, ha, ha

Missed the deadline to enter the challenge, but I am also going to try and not eat after 8pm this month--with the exception of maybe a glass of wine ;) Working on getting 5 miles in this week. My neighbor Krista is gone for most of the month, so that should help me lose a lot of weight because she won't be coming over here with her yummy homeade bread, past sauce, gourmet cheeses, etc.
