I rode my bike casually 14 miles this am, lil over an hour. It was just to get back into it.
Today is my 1st day off of 5 in a row. I have a party we are attending on Friday the 6th. Making Potato Salad. There is going to be brisket, and steak, and lots of dips (and chips!). I will overindulge for sure, and probably have a few beers.
Today, not much on Agenda. Have some homework to do, some chores I should do, and other junk I will probably avoid while I am playing Diablo III!
I will eat sensibly today. Just had eggs, veggies, and toast after my bike ride. Our Maid came in and was surprised to see me! I think I scare people., lol
