Argh! I have been logging EVERYTHING I eat and ALL of my physical activity. By the math, I should have LOST 5.5 pounds over the last 3 weeks instead of having GAINED 3 pounds! (Assuming 3500 kcal/pound) This indicates that my caloric math is wrong by over 1400 calories a day!!! How can I POSSIBLY be miscounting my calories by that much???? I'm using a doctor's office style balance to weigh myself, so I don't think the scale is wrong. My clothes seem tighter too. Ugh! What is going on?
