this week went well...however I am getting VERY sick of eggs!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week

are you sick of eggs for breakfast or are you eating them for other meals? I find there is lots of variety and you don't have to eat a "traditional" breakfast. If you want to you could have cottage cheese and a turkey sausage for breakfast! a piece of lean ham or my hubby likes the Jimmy Dean turkey sausage (pre-cooked) that heats up fast. Feel welcome to look my food journal over for any ideas it might give you.
