Woke up this morning with a good headache and feeling very thirsty. I had virtually no water during the night. Thought I'd get on the scales and.....wow! I know it's gone back on with my first two pints of water but I haven't been this weight for years 😁
186.5 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
