I lost another inch off my waist this week. And learned just how important sleep is for a healthy lifestyle. Earlier in the week a deadline kept me up half the night and it took me three days to recover. Until I did, I was hungry all the time and didn't feel like working out at all, not even my walk to school. It's exciting to realize these things that I'd never paid attention to before. Knowledge is power. I hope everyone else is having a great week!
140.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you love this diet? I am amazed at how good I feel!!! I have no desire to cheat, and I have been on every diet! I have always hated exercise and now, in one week, I love it. We even took a 2 mile round trip walk up to the store instead of getting into the car. Keep up the good work!
