I have been eating more lately, but I know I have my WOE down to a science to still be in LOOSING mode, thanks to FS buddies.But I need to work on that..My trainer told me yesterday no more Cardio.Total weight loss 240 #s, said I was smaller now than him and he is only 5" 9".My wife has signed up for a diet plan for her,something to do with shots and 500 cals per day?? Hey its her WOE. don't know why, she look's perfect to me, as she goes to gym almost everyday.As support, I told her I would cut back on the food in refrigerator to things she can eat which is very little. She told me NO MORE RESTAURANTS for a month, as I like to go, guess I will be going by my self .She is also not permitted to use gym, and work out for a month.( It's a Wedding thing for new dress for our son I'm, sure ).I know I will become a closet eater now, when I was on my journey she would bake cookies, breads, pastas etc, it was kinda of hard, but she knew I had the will power not consume as, I wanted off the Diabetic meds, (side note finally had blood test yesterday after 1 month) will let you know when I hear something ). She also got ticked when I borrowed her Orange Theory hoodie which was a Medium and it fit..I was laughing to myself inside. Hope to hear good news this week for the diabetes situation, as that was my main reason for this final journey of WOE.And my Journey goes on, and I'm DO N OK !!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 240.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
