Going to "Prof. Marston and the Wonder Women" today armed with macadamia nuts and raw almonds. I don't like coffee before movies and it's a little early for gin soaked olives. I've had some Ultra low-carb beer in my fridge since the 4th of July. I think I'll crack two open and boil some bratwurst to have with sauerkraut with brown mustard for a late lunch.
My weekends are usually the big push for me to hike more. But for the next two weeks I am going to walk every night from 9-11 p.m. On Nov. 1st the inter urban trail curfew moves from 11:00 to 8:00 P.m. So this will really impair my walking twice a day (roughly 4-5 miles each time) So next month, I'm going to have to start getting up earlier, but unfortunately my alarm clock (my cat, Eartha Kitty) does not understand daylight savings time. Happy Friday the 13th.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
