Valentine's day and some dinner parties played a big part in my not eating well but the good part is my walking has increased dramatically. Even doubled. Thursday I walked to get movie tickets to "Call of the wild" 2 miles round trip then walked to the theater that night for show, 4 miles total. Friday I did nothing but watch TV all day. It was dinosaurs vs cowboys day on Comet TV. Sat. feeling guilty and rested I started out on a longer walk than usual. Ended up doing 12 miles in one walk. My gut may be out of shape but my legs remembered that two years ago I was up to 16 miles. I came home starving and ate 5 Sesame chicken legs, steamed kale with garlic and riced broccoli. Sunday went Grocery shopping and watched Supergirl and Batwoman but still managed 6 miles. Drinking green tea now and heading out for morning walk. Cheers.
