well, by using this baby food diet I am seeing a change for the better, unless I've read my scale wrong I've lost 5 and 1/2 lb since October 1st, not trying to kill or push my body too much I return to regular food yesterday and today (only because the boyfriend and always order out on Fridays) and returning to the baby food diet tomorrow, if I can keep up this progress then I should be at my 140 before Thanksgiving and that's giving myself extra time to reach that goal. wish me luck everyone, I am getting there! 🍀😀🍀
