We walked to Outback last night, both had surf and turf, him shrimp, me lobster. Sent back complimentary bread, held the potatoes and got double grilled asparagus. I dipped everything including the steak in melted butter. 4 Gin Soaked Jumbo Olives each for dessert. Going to buy yoga mat today, I'll go price it at Target first (1 block away) then walk to Wal-mart (1 mile). I'm leaving now. Not ordering it on Amazon. Really.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
