I keep telling myself this is a hurdle not a wall and I have to get over it not through it. I've lost 20 pounds since memorial day so it was a great summer. I just need to formulate a new plan for fall and winter to push through this plateau so I can keep losing 5 pounds a month till Christmas. I had to cook this weekend, and had a bubbling pot of stew on the stove, so the fat fast was out, (NO SOUP FOR YOU!) but it is my best tool for a weekend diet with a sure 1 lb drop for me on Monday. Next weekend, for sure and I'm already stocked with provisions so no excuses. Also since I'm not fasting I can have a vodka diet tonic during SNL. Mabe
vodka will make Gail Godot funny instead of just gorgeous. If I remember right the equally gorgeous, Chris Pine, hosted the final show last season. Nice bookends to the summer.
