I choose a tanning spa a mile away from my home that is a little off center of an interurban trail. I walk to the spa as a warm up, stretch while tanning, and hydrate on their free water. Then hike part of the 20 mile trail. Today I'm doing 10, my record is 15, my goal is the whole trail, 19.8 miles from Everett to Shoreline.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
