No new goal,as I have had many small goals and I don't want to buy new clothes again. only bought a few and kept old one about the 250#s and under size.I'm keeping same goal just in case I want to eat extra or have something delicious sinful that I might like to indulge in and still be under my goal weight..I have a Dr.s appointment on Monday and would also like to be in Onederland with all my" Clothes On". I really need to get off some meds of which I have not been able to because of numerous health issues, some I know I will be on the rest of my life.And my journey goes on..Steven from our group the maintainers gave me the idea,So for now works for me !!

Haven't been on much for awhile. I am so happy for you! I hope you read all the posts in the maintainers group from Egull1. She had some really helpful information. I just got done experimenting with some maintenance during an illness. It's harder than I thought it would be. I did maintain, but I was amused that it was harder than the food I was eating while losing weight. I only took my carbs up to 30-40/day, but that's all it took!
