Huh? Why would you increase your goal weight when you're still attacking belly fat? I would keep dieting (low calories) while simultaneously lifting the same weights so as to avoid muscle loss. Good 2 pound loss, BTW!

Thanks about the weight loss. I think I will take your advice and thanks for reminding me to stay on task. I gotta get it in and add more ab work. Even on a light day like today, I'm not where I want to be.

Thanks, I have been trying to up resistance training and I tend to retain water when sore. I think some of the water drained off...
