It's a Girl!!!
Last night my Daughter gave me the new title of Granddad. The day had been going well food wise. My wife and I had been texting all day while my Daughter was in labor. My Wife and Daughter are in Arizona. I'm home in Virginia. Finally, I got the call that the baby had come about 3:30 in the morning. I immediately got out of bed, (not that I had been sleeping) went downstairs and raided the kitchen. I had nuts, cherries, sardines, cream cheese, crackers and washed them all down with a cold beer...

155.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
