It could be worse I haven't been on program much due to stomach problems. Hoping this week is better.

Hoping you feel better Addie. I don't know if it would help but the Skinny Gut Diet book has made a difference in me in just one week. If you have been on antibiotics for any length of time, you will definitely benefit from following the simple plan. Pre-biotics, pro-biotics, digestive enzymes, and eating or drinking something fermented once a day.

@Mom I ordered the book today I'm looking forward to getting it. I ate more normal today so far so good except some mild cramps. @HCB my foot is doing pretty good if I don't over do it but I'm having problems with the scar we're trying to soften it.
