I'm starting to pickup activity. I hit all my Fitbit daily goals yesterday for the first time in a week. I slept 10.5 hours last night which is unusual for me but still needed. I won't complain. GOD is Good!!!
153.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad to hear that. I too have been hitting my fitbit goals, but still hovering around 80% strength capacity since sick. We'll get there.
