Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to the new year. After indulging over the festive season and picking up weight, a whole 7kgs. It's back to the basics for me! A big,"BIG" event is coming up in the next five months and I need to lose weight, my goal is to weigh about +-70kgs by the end of May 2017.
