I had a very good Christmas with my son. He is very supportive of my WOE. We ate HFLC for dinner. Steaks, mushrooms in butter sauce a nice big salad. It was wonderful. This whole holiday season has been good for me. I stayed away from all sweets and only ate when hungry.
I added my food for the day. I put my chicken broth and it added too many carbs. My broth has no carbs. I am below 20 carbs for the day. That is always my goal to be under 20 carbs a day.
