Every pound a battle. My focus is to shed that one pound just that one pound. Nothing else matters, just that single pound. Then repeat as many times as necessary to reach my goal. No excuses, I am not on a Weight Loss Journey; I’m on a Weight Loss March.

Thank you to all for the comments and support! I began using this site simply for the food recording module, but to my surprise I have found the inspiration I get from the forum members to be the most valuable thing of all.
