Keto Week 4 day 1
Dealing with weird muscle aches in my shoulders and on my right side. Slept okay this morning. Other than that in okay spirits.
I Decided to work from home the second part of the day. Had a minute to catch up with the sweetie while he was stopping by the house during his lunch break. It was nice seeing him, and I miss working closer to the house. Started back on Stronglifts weight training today. Man, I have missed weightlifting these weeks while I have been feeling weak.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
