I am 31 years old recent college grad(started late) who after losing one of her siblings to heart disease began a weight loss journey that has lasted several years. I work in IT, so lots of sitting but I work out when I'm off and during the weekend.

My workout consists mostly of the Stronglifts 5x5 program and then light cardio like walking. I hike during the weekends or sometimes I will do HIIT. I also do yoga to increase my mobility so I can get better at squats and prevent injuries while lifting.

LCHF meal challenges
I have done keto on and off for 2 years now an at the moment I've been doing Keto for 4 weeks now and I have lost about 10lbs(4.5kg).I have kept my carbs at 25g per day. The only way that I have experienced keeping you carb counts down is to eat leafy greens, eat whole foods, not eat loads of cheese and dairy, and to avoid making baked goods. If you keep it simple you should be alright. I'm not sure why you are aiming for a carb count of 20. It doesn't make ketosis more effective or speed up adaptation. Some people are able to achieve ketosis with up to 50g of carbs.

Struggling
I heard oolong tea is also good for weight loss. When I was doing low calorie diets I drank a cup at night.
