I believe it is difficult for people to understand how you want to lose 20 pounds when the posted photo shows a very thin person. Weight lifting will help you lose inches yet build muscle rather than just looking to lose weight on the scale.

We are ALL here. You gotta be persistent here. sometimes messages get lost in the scroll. Question, is that picture of you from NOW? Or is it from BEFORE? Because if its from NOW, you don't NEED to be on a diet. And you DONT need to lose any weight. Fisrt off how tall are you? And how many calories are you eating? I looked at your food logs. Those need to have ALL of your food. Not just bits and pieces. We need to know what your putting in your body so we can help you know what to leave out.

I just read your post from the third. Little sister, this is not what you want to do to your body. You are already incredibly thin. You are dancing with an eating disorder and possible health consequences if you take your weight lower. If you don't believe me, ask a couple of the ladies here who have struggled with Body image problems that lead to bulimia and anorexia. I am not trying to be hurtful. Please understand. I am trying to save you pain and suffering that you need not inflict upon yourself. You have an AMAZING body. Why would you want to damage that? 110 pounds? 20 pounds off of your body would harm you.

HCB has good advice.Would you consider changing and sculpting your body through lifting and strength training. You would look smaller but be stronger and healthier.

I genuinely believe you're far too thin, if that is you in the picture. You're dancing with death, love. Healthiness is attractive. Don't let society and the media destroy you.

...PS, I think talking to your doctor about your weight (or lack thereof) would be a very sensible move. Best of luck to you.
