I had a sudden gain yesterday from feasting on Sunday. I can't explain the sudden drop today. A two pound drop over night seems like a lot but I'll take it.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
