Well, I am well into Ketosis now. I am under 40 pounds to go. The momentum is good. It has been very easy once I got past the first few days. I measure everything that can be measured. Absolutely no starch of any kind. Keep my targets from the Ketosis calculator in mind and drink lots of water. Also, I love the Fat Secret app and the bar code scanner. Makes it so much easier entering common store bought foods. Good luck everyone!
