I'm ok with the weigh in of course would like to have seen more but it's at least going down. I haven't measured yet but will a little later today. I will be staying with my WOE again this week one day at a time.

My retina dr visit went well yesterday but I may need to see my ocular dr again. I fell like I've got a paper cut on my lower eye lid but you can't see it. She told me to increase my moisture drops and if that doesn't fix it I may need a plug put in. I will sure be glad when I get finished working on my eyes. I don't know if they changed the type of drops they put in them for my exam but later when I got home I looked in the mirror and the iris was glowing I even had my DH look at them and he said the same thing. That had never happen before it was a little upsetting. Thank goodness their better this morning.

It will be good to get this week behind me I'm not fond of going to the dr so much in one week although I'm looking forward to getting the shot in my shoulder tomorrow for pain relieve I wish I didn't have to wait a month for the other one.

Sorry I keep going on and on about non weight things. I hope everyone has a great day I know it's very cold and snowy where some of you are so keep warm and be careful.
