With Dad's surgery and hospital stay, I have not been able to attend Zumba. However, I still walk a lot. Tonight I'm going to Zumba and get back into the routine. I'm also increasing my water intake to shed pounds quicker and flush those calories out!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
