Wednesday weigh-in: Yay! I have broken through the 170 lb. mark!! My ultimate goal is to move the large balance weight on my old-fashioned doctors' scale from the 150-pound slot to the 100-pound slot as the base. I have moved a little closer. 😊
169.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so jealous. I have always wanted an old balance scale. Congratulations on the weight loss! LOL on the mozzarella sticks. I act that way for pizza and tacos. Red Lobster.

Janie, me too recently, same weights. FINALLY into the 160's and heading down the hill. It's a great feeling and encouragement.
