Woke at #206, must have been the 1000s of lunches for 2 DAYZZZ at Miami fairgrounds, did not even have time to get on scale, very LIL sleep , time for clean up today, Stayed true to KETO, my wife made me Chicken crust, Pizza, was actually very tasty, she also made me chocolate FAT bombs, from a Keto book, Slow and steady , will need to bump up some carbs as I'm getting some what LIL dizzy, but could be from all the insane work Load, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK
206.0 lb Lost so far: 221.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I can only imagine the temptation at the fair! How about adding salt instead of carbs? How's the blood pressure? Often it's low electrolites that cause that feeling but i don't know your history. You had great willpower!
