Yay! Good loss even though I had that one horrible day. I really couldn't believe it considering I apparently ate like 4,000 calories at applebees. Still, I stuck to it for the rest of the week and it paid off. Love breaking into a new 10 digit number, makes me feel like each ten pounds is a little mini goal and that doesn't seem so daunting. Hope everyone else had a good week, and here's hoping I can keep it up over the weekend.

That is so true! In the past if I fell off the wagon for even one meal my whole week would be derailed, but not this time. I'm aiming for balance, and even if I feel the need to have a "cheat" meal, I'm going to soldier on and not feel too badly about it.

Exactly...Balance helps us overcome the pitfall of "all of none" thinking!!! :) Congrats!!!!!

I agree that looking at averages is much better. Going over 1 day on a week where every other day is less averages out. Plus the great loss keeps you motivated.
